Why is a rental I made not showing up in my rental history?
In FireVolt app, you can only see the history of rentals made and paid for via the app. When you pay by tapping your bank card or phone on the station´s POS terminal, it's impossible to match this transaction to your account in the app. Therefore, such rentals will not appear in your app's rental history.
